Whether you are looking for ADR Initial courses or Dangerous Goods Awareness training, we have the right solution for you.
The ADR Training is designed for drivers who transport dangerous goods by road, as well as employees who are involved in the handling, storage, and transportation of dangerous goods. The course is mandatory for drivers of vehicles that exceed certain weight and volume thresholds and is also recommended for those who transport smaller quantities of hazardous materials.
ADR Initial Courses:
Our ADR Initial courses are designed to provide you with a solid foundation in handling dangerous goods. Depending on the ADR licence required, the duration of the courses may vary.
- ADR Initial – Core, Packs, Tanks, and 7 Classes & Exams: This comprehensive 5-day course covers core topics, packs, tanks, and all 7 classes of dangerous goods. The price for this course is £724 (including VAT and exam fees).
- ADR Initial – Core, Packs OR Tanks, and 7 Classes & Exams: This 4-day course focuses on either packs or tanks, along with the 7 classes of dangerous goods. The price for this course is £552 (including VAT and exam fees).
We also offer bespoke ADR courses tailored to your specific requirements. For example, we can provide a 2 or 3-day course that combines the ADR Initial Core, Packs, and one specific class. Please contact us to discuss your bespoke requirements and to obtain pricing information.
Driver CPC Hours:
Our ADR Initial courses can contribute up to 14 hours towards your Driver CPC. As per the updated rules by JAUPT, you are responsible for registering your own ADR CPC hours. We provide JAUPT Approved Certificates and instructions on how to claim the CPC hours. Please note that drivers are responsible for paying the upload fee to JAUPT when registering.
Dangerous Goods Awareness Course:
In addition to ADR courses, we offer Dangerous Goods Awareness training for different roles within your organisation:
- Dangerous Goods Awareness for Warehouse Employees: This course is designed for warehouse employees involved in the handling, packing, loading, or unloading of dangerous goods.
- Dangerous Goods Awareness for Managers and Supervisors: This course is suitable for managers and supervisors involved in dangerous goods operations, traffic office, load planning, and employee and vehicle compliance requirements.
- Dangerous Goods Spillage Training: This course focuses on spillage response and meets recent ADR requirements. It is designed for on-site training for up to 6 employees
